July 5, 2012 – Oral Board Test Preparation: My buddy and I attended this class together. My buddy had his assessment center for lieutenant a week after the class. He finished 1st overall!!! I had my oral board last week for sergeant. I finished 1st on the oral board and 1st overall. I am #1 on the list!!! The information presented in this class undoubtedly had an impact on my performance. The instructor, Dave Marshall’s advice helped me sell my qualifications and provided me with several ideas I never would have considered.

June 14, 2010 – Tactical Pistol Instructor School: Mark Stout and Dave Sage were superb instructors. Their command of skills was very impressive. They both were very positive in their teaching approach. They were serious with the right amount of humor which helps the days go by easily. Mark and Dave moved quickly and fluently from drill to drill and were great in their explanations of what they were looking for from the in each evolution. By far the most intense, fun and informative training I have ever had in any topic. I have had instruction in firearms, DT, OC, baton, Ect.. These instructors were better than any instruction I have received.
