North American Active Assailant Conference, June 7-9, 2023
Welcome to America's oldest ongoing patrol rifle and active assailant training event. 2023 NPRC FLIER - PDF.
The NPRC started in 2000 and is now in its 23rd year. It will be held on October 14, 2023, at the Multi-Lakes Conservation Association in Commerce Twp. MI.
The NPRC brings together 1st responders from around the country to train in a competitive live-fire environment that offers an unmatched opportunity to collaborate, network and learn ways to improve individual and organizational readiness for violent encounters. The NPRC is intended for the patrol officer as they are generally the first to the fight. That said, the NPRC is open to all LEO’s and Military (reserves and retired welcome), select security personal and fire or medical personnel who are serving in an armed position within a SWAT team or Rescue Task Force (must be pistol and rifle qualified by your organization).
The NPRC entrance fee is $99.00 per officer if you register before August 31, 2023 ($119.00 afterward). This fee includes lunch and dinner. The NPRC is MCOLES registered for 302 Funds.
NEW For 2023 - NPRC OPEN
We are inviting QUALIFIED CITIZENS to come train and compete with their law enforcement officers (LEO’s). Our goal in doing this is to give law enforcement agencies a unique opportunity to help promote the event as a means of improving their community’s readiness for violence and their relationships with their counterparts in the fire and medical services (medics, nurses, doctors), not to mention their citizens, politicians and business owners who are all stake holders in a community’s response to violence.
The NPRC OPEN entrance fee is $129 per person if you register before August 31, 2023 ($159 afterward). This fee includes lunch and dinner. We are offering an optional discount program for our citizen attendees’ consideration. If you have the means and sponsor (pay for) any active or reserve duty LEO(s), active or reserve duty military, or qualified active-duty fire/medical service professionals to attend the NPRC, your entrance fee will be reduced.
These events offer a one of a kind opportunity to immerse yourself in high intensity (live-fire) reality based patrol rifle training, not to mention a very large concurrent vendor show to aid in your ongoing product/service research.
Slots are limited for each event. Be sure to register early to get in. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s events!

The NAAAC, which is now in its 6th year, will be held on June 7-9 2023 in Troy MI. The NAAAC provides firsthand collaborative debriefs from representatives of the lead law enforcement and fire service agencies on some of the largest active assailant incidents in the world. The NAAAC is intended for law enforcement, fire department, ambulance service, hospital and emergency management personnel.
FUNDRAISING
The NPRC has a 13 year tradition of raising money to support those who have served the greater good. We raise money by raffling a rifle that is graciously donated by a sponsor. One hundred percent of the proceeds are given directly to a representative of the cause we are supporting as the conferences last order of business. In the past, we have supported Brotherhood For The Fallen, Colors of Heros, Mission 22, the Law Enforcement Legal Defense Fund, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, Hire Our Hero’s, Americansnipers.org, The Michigan Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, 1st / 24th Marines Memorial Fund, and families of fallen officers Patrick O’Rourke, Larry Nehasil and Chief Chris Kyle. Please help us in supporting these worthy causes.
Our 2021 benefactor is Call for
Backup. Our good friends at Daniel Defense
are donating a rifle for us to raffle off at the NAAAC and NPRC so we can raise money for Call for
Backup. Thank you Daniel Defense! We also want to say a special thank you to Mike the cop for connecting us with Call for Backup.
