Custom Embroidery Services
Embroidery Fees
- Stitch Count Fees : Stitch counts are $1.25 per thousand stitches on average. (If your embroidered artwork is 10,000 stitches, your stitch count fee is $12.50)
- Name & Text Fees: $12.00 for name embroidery, simple text embroidery or simple rank embroidery
- Digitization Fees: $30.00 for digitization fees. More complex digitization may be up to $60 or higher depending on the scope of the work required.
- $1.50 for Tone-On-Tone - Embroidery thread is one shade darker OR lighter than the color of the embroidered garment.
- $2.00 PUFF Foam - Design will have a slightly raised 3D effect on the embroidered artwork.
- $1.00 Speciality Thread - Includes thread options in Fluorescent, Neon, Glow in the Dark, Reflective, IR.
Quantity Discounts
We offer quantity discounts for bulk orders.
Embroidery FAQs:
- No minimum order quantity.
- 5-10 business day turnaround for larger orders.
- We offer same-day or next-day turnaround for smaller orders if your artwork is already digitized. If the artwork needs to be digitized it may take an additional day to complete your order.
- Customers are responsible for labor fees if an order is already in-process and then cancelled by the customer.

Custom T-Shirt & Custom Apparel Printing
We also offer custom t-shirt printing services in addition to our embroidery services. We can print your design or logo on almost ANY apparel item. Whether you already have your design digitized, apparel purchased and ready to be printed or need help with apparel selection, design creation or digitization we can make your next project quick and easy!
Printing Fees
- Digitization Fee $25.00.
- Setup / Printing / Heat Press Fee $25.00.
- Extra Location Printing Fee $1.00 per location.
Upcharge Fees
- Rush Fee $25.00.
T-Shirt Printing FAQs:
- No order minimum.
- You can supply your own apparel items or we can supply your apparel items for you.
- Customers are responsible for labor fees if an order is already in-process and then cancelled by the customer.
